Gave them a second chance ... Ordered 15 beers. Case arrived promptly. But four beers missing. They had been removed from my order (after I had checked out and paid) because they were out of stock - even though the website said they had them in. Of course Beerhawk.co.uk didn't get in touch to let me know any of this, or even refund me for the beers they couldn't deliver - I was left to do the chasing. Gave them a second chance after the chaos before Xmas. But more fool me. Lost my custom for good this time. Gonna try Beer Ritz or Beer52 - lots of good alternatives out there.
