I won't lie, there were some problems with delivery. First, a failed delivery by Parcelforce - they damaged the beer, which obviously meant I didn't get the beer before the weekend, like I was hoping for. Second, when the re-delivery came it was missing some of the beers I ordered! When I wrote to ask for those beers to be delivered I was told
"Im so sorry! We are out of stock of these items,
I have refunded you for them,
Thank you"
At this point I was feeling a bit ripped off, as I wouldn't have paid for delivery for the amount of beers that actually came, but when I checked the PayPal refund I saw my entire order had been refunded, meaning that to make up for all the hassle I was given my beers (that did manage to come) for free. However, due to the wording in the refund message I'm not sure if that was an intentional goodwill gesture (perfect customer service if it is), or another mistake!
