When delivered my order was a beer short and two of the compartments within one of the boxes held more than one bottle of beer with a bottle inverted on top of another. I telephoned to raise the issue and received a refund of £5 to compensate for the missing bottle.
I would have given a 'poor' rating overall but for the helpful lady I spoke to who promptly issued the refund. Whether I order again is another matter.
