Very quick and efficient delivery; some good beers.
However I was disappointed that only 29 beers were sent rather than 30 paid for, with no word of explanation from you. I had to ring up and you checked that the missing beer (BH 1097) was indeed out of stock, and that the cost would be credited (which it was).
It really should not have been down to me to check this out and report it.
