Hi, I placed the order on the 15th of February and the recipient only received one phone call about the delivery on Tuesday (28 February) in that whole timeframe, and didn't end up receiving the product. The note also says to leave at a neighbour if it can't be delivered, which hadn't been done. We've tried calling to U.K. Mail directly, but the line gives you no options to speak to an actual human. I think your products are great, but I would highly encourage you to consider changing your shipping company as this has been a very time-consuming ordeal and I will not be ordering from your site again until this issue is fixed.
