Ordered 18 beers (9 different styles, 2 of each) for a business event, arrived promptly. Unfortunately 2 of the beers were missing and when I contacted the customer service team I was issued a refund immediately.
Unfortunately as this was for an event a refund is not what I required, and i was not given the option of the 2 missing beers to be sent out.
Quite a let down for a company with such a great product range.
