The service from Beer Hawk themselves has been excellent - they have a fantastic range of beers, and always ship them out quickly. Unfortunately they are let down by their choice of courier, UK Mail, who have poor customer service and response times. I will say that when I have had problems with delivery, Beer Hawk have gone out of their way to help me liaise with the courier to resolve it. I feel if they used a more reliable service such as DPD I'd feel more confident ordering from them more regularly. I always caveat any recommendations with this, which is a shame because Beer Hawk is otherwise a great site with some brilliant products and a good team behind it.
