My order took 10 days to arrive. It did not contain one of the items I purchased. I rang up and the man said that it would be with me within a few days as it was just in another delivery. After another 10 days, it still had not arrived and I rang up to be told that there are none of the specified item in stock. I asked for a refund. The beers that I received were lovely however, so I may consider another order again, albeit a small one so there are no mess-ups with my order, or no cloudy miscommunications.
