I originally ordered a Beer Hawk Belgian Beer selection as a birthday present for my brother via Amazon but it was not delivered as the parcel was damaged. Amazon weren't very helpful on this and simply offered a refund, and my brother's birthday came and went with no parcel. On telephoning Beer Hawk themselves I was met with nothing but helpfulness - a parcel was immediately dispatched to my brother and received the next day. The staff are knowledgeable, sympathetic and efficient - I would definitely use them again.
