They had the beers I was after for my husbands birthday (lambic), unfortunately they got lost in transit and were never delivered, so not Beer Hawks fault. However I had to make two phone calls to sort this issue out, as I didn't get a response from the first chap I spoke to (I requested an email but that never materialised). I realised why on my second call to them, the beers I had ordered were now out of stock, so they could not even send a replacements, I requested a refund which was duly and quickly sorted. I would use them again.
