This was a first order with Beer Hawk and I was generally very happy. An easy to use website with good range and prices made a positive first impression which was reinforced during a phone call to Customer Services.
Unfortunately, this was tarnished by the blithering incompetence of the courier who didn't know where the two packages were or when they would be delivered. Sort out the courier and Beer Hawk would fully deserve 5*.
