The beer is fantastic. I have been subscribing for a year now as a gift for my husband, and he is delighted with the selection. Customer service is poor though. I ordered a gift for someone at Christmas and it never arrived. I eventually got a refund, but I would have preferred the beer. No-one seemed to know what they were doing in trying to track it down. I recently got an email to say my subscription had been suspended. I have no idea why, and someone was going to contact me to explain but I've heard nothing.
Based on that comment, you really need to change that awful 'humorous' answerphone message. The one that says 'we don't do much training'. That's not something to brag about, particularly when the majority of the buttons you are told to press either ring out or are cut off.
