I had various issues trying to order and use a gift voucher. Eventually someone had to place the order for me instead. I can't speak about the beer as it was a gift for someone else but I was disappointed with the packaging used. Although none of the cans in the bullet were leaking they were pretty bashed up.
I will say that when I did get in contact with someone from Beer Hawk they were responsive and helpful but I really wouldn't rush to order from them again, particularly ordering any vouchers.
