I bought some beers as I saw one I particularly wanted. When I got my box I realised the one I particularly wanted was not in said box. I called and this was sorted. I then had a call back. I had a gentleman state that just sending one beer out may open it up to get damaged! Could they not just credit me instead. I was outraged. It was not my fault my beer was missed. The customer service side apart I was very impressed. Great beer selection and home brew kits too. Something for everybody. The customer service does need sorting though!
