Ordered some Gin and beers and after 4 days it didn't arrive... I looked on parcelforce only to find the package was damaged in transit (who's fault I don't know).
The package was returned to Beer Hawk and i thought they would just send me a email or call me to say "sorry your parcel was damaged and a new parcel will be on its way". (they didn't)
I phoned up and they said "Somebody here hasn't re-ordered your parcel, I'll get a new one on the way now".
The new parcel was with me in 48 hours.
Good company but they should handled it a little better.
