I ordered some beers as a gift for my dad. I live in Australia and was delighted to find a couple of Aussie brands that I could send him so I was ok with paying the premium price for them for a birthday treat.
However I wasn't happy when they arrived and had an expiration date within 2 weeks and was quite upset to hear that when he contacted you he was told that you didn't see it as an issue and didn't offer a replacement.
Luckily the brewery here in Melbourne was more understanding and have arranged a replacement.
If you're going to charge a premium price for your product and also be a business that survives on repeat purchases and recommendations, surely you should have premium customer service to match. Fobbing off a man in his 70's for the sake of re-sending six beers is ridiculous.
Won't be using you again and won't be recommending your site.
