I use beer hawk because I have access to some of the worlds finer beers that cannot be purchased from a supermarket or off licence and the range of beers is superb. For my order I am pleased with speed in which it was delivered but was not so impressed that I was delivered replacement beers without being forewarned, I was not expecting this which admittedly may be my fault. The £5 voucher off the next case was a nice touch but the benefit is clearly to them because the beers are expensive and to get free delivery I have to spend a fair few quid - although to be honest this shouldn't be much of a problem!
