Prompt reply to my telephone call, followed by helpful advice. The only issue is the link between the carriers and the retailers............it dosen't exist. You cannot discern when the carriers are going to arrive with your delivery until the actual date when they specify the 2-hour timeslot. If your in, great, if not, tough luck.
As it happens I was in when the carriers arrived with my order. So from the point of order to the delivery.........2 days. Excellent service! Tim.
