After getting the information that my box had been smashed for the second time i obviously asked for a refund, then I get an email 2 weeks later informing me that it has been delivered, it wasn't!!
I emailed beerhawk AGAIN, only to be told that it wasn't delivered because i requested the refund.
PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY, they have no idea what they are doing, the customer service is pathetic at best.
24hrs my a+se, try 24 days if you get any luck with time wasted on email and calls
YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.
