Not next day for delivery as promised all over the website, mine took 6 days to arrive and they left it out in the rain not close to my front door,where there is cover.
Ignored emails and phone call was constantly on hold. No communication about when the package would arrive. Was meant to be a present but it arrived too late to give it.
Terrible customer service and seems like they really don't care.
