Beer merchants used to be a great company however if something goes wrong they lack compassion and they don't fix the issue. They really need to sort out their customer service. I've had two issues with them very recently which made me leave their premium subscriptions service. The main issue I've had was that I've received my premium subscription service and my order clearly was tampered with....someone had opened the box and it was delivered to my doorstep clearly damaged with the cans all dented. The delivery driver was none the wiser and said that is how he had received the package. I reached out to beer merchants thinking they would look into this or further somekind of action and all I got was a one sentence apology and a statement saying that it wasn't them... I couldn't help but feel cheated in some way shape of form as I was a customer with them for a year and this is the response I get.
