“Been using Beer Merchants for about 3 years now and I highly recommend them because the beer is well priced, well packaged and they use DPD who I find to be excellent for deliveries. For example I placed an order for 72 Brugse Zot Blonde (my favourite beer) on Wed 16th Sep in the morning and it arrived the next day at 12:30, free delivery. What brilliant customer service.”

Hi Joseph, we’re really sorry to hear that the wheat beer didn’t taste as expected. We always want you to enjoy our products, so we completely understand. Just to reassure you, we went down to our warehouse to double-check the batch you received, and the bottles are well within date. The label shows 17.06.2026. (We’ve added a photo from our warehouse for transparency). That said, taste can occasionally vary from bottle to bottle, and we never want you to feel disappointed.
