“Been using Beer Merchants for about 3 years now and I highly recommend them because the beer is well priced, well packaged and they use DPD who I find to be excellent for deliveries. For example I placed an order for 72 Brugse Zot Blonde (my favourite beer) on Wed 16th Sep in the morning and it arrived the next day at 12:30, free delivery. What brilliant customer service.”

“My recent order was mostly made up of beers labelled as ‘dark and quadruple’ on your website and included two bottles of De Ranke Pere Noel (330 ml, 7%). I was rather surprised to discover that this is a blonde beer, despite your website description and I am concerned that the e-mail I sent on 25 January to point out this error has still not had a reply. Delivery was very quick and the prices were a bargain with the extra discount offered. But I can only give 4 stars in the light of the error over the De Ranke Pere Noel bottles’ labelling and the lack of your reply to my e-mail.”

“Not only was the drinks package I chose exceptional. The service was excellent too. I just put the wrong post code for delivery but after 2 failed attempts I got in touch with Beer Merchants who swiftly amended the address and delivery done the next day. Highly recommended”
