“Been using Beer Merchants for about 3 years now and I highly recommend them because the beer is well priced, well packaged and they use DPD who I find to be excellent for deliveries. For example I placed an order for 72 Brugse Zot Blonde (my favourite beer) on Wed 16th Sep in the morning and it arrived the next day at 12:30, free delivery. What brilliant customer service.”

“Delivery was slow compared to by normal supplier. Also, as this was a present, I specifically gave a different address for it to be sent to. Obviously this was not passed on to DHL As it came to my home address.”

“Purchased from Beer Merchants several times as they are one of the few UK suppliers to carry Sierra Nevada's wider range. As mentioned by other reviews, swift and safe delivery by DPD every time. I want to also note that my most recent order had a mix up with the items included, this was resolved effortlessly by a single email to their support team. Great service, great beer, a great experience as a customer.”

“The order arrived quickly and was as described. It was also really well packaged. My only complaint is that it was left on my doorstep in the open (I live on a busy road) and I was incredibly lucky that it was still there when I got home.”

“Once again the Mystery box (24 & 12) dropped with some great stuff. Happy with a few zeros and radlers for the hot weather and loads of German Beer Fest beauties and no one can complain about the other Deya etc stunners in there. Once again, a great purchasing experience”
