Great variety of beers - this time plumping for Oktoberfest classics and glassware. Sadly glassware was not as advertised and so when I mentioned it I was told that if I clicked on the image it would say the different glassware that would be sent. When I disagreed with that there was no further reply but I was offered refund on one of the glasses. I politely and humourously said refund on two ( I bought 3 ) would be better ../I got no reply but just the refund on one. I will still check their products but am more inclined now to other sellers and will Double check what they say I will be receiving before ordering.

Let down by their delivery company who left beer outside front door, didn't knock, ignored instructions about leaving at the back. Also, after delivery we got confusing messages saying they'd be unable to deliver & would deliver next day, another the next day saying delivery before 2200 hrs - all very poor.

Part of my order missing. Phoned several times and it just rang out. Emailed, no answer. Pretty disappointed as the order was a gift. Also message from courier telling me delivery was cancelled only for them to show up. Ordered a few times but only this time we had a problem.

I have not had chance to try the beer yet but my rating is based on the ordering process not the beer I was offered a new customer discount but could not access the discount when I ordered I did bring this to the notice of Beer Merchants but have not as yet had the courtesy of a reply

I bought a Belgium Christmas beer case and 3 of the advertised items were out of stock, completely understandably especially around Christmas. BUT the missing Belgian Christmas beers were substituted with some nondescript German lagers, surely they should be replaced with something equivalent (other Belgian Christmas beers were still in stock on the web site)?

Delivery is good as it’s not Hermes/Evri. Good price and great selection of German beer. Only disappointment is that the Mini Keg is passed it’s sell by date.

Be er merchants are great that they stock paulaner ur dunkel BUT they keep running out and we never know when they are going to restock

Was able to order and pay for a glass along with 19 beers. No glass arrived, emailed to chase refund. Then a lesser amount than I'd originally payed was refunded. Beers needed a good wipe down too, certainly not straight into the fridge.

Would use again, although found the kegs were very frothy compared to normal kegs

They should consider a different courier. My parcel took 2-3 weeks to arrive. Apparently my order was damaged during shipping and that’s why it took so long to be delivered. Apart from that the service was friendly and the beer was excellent

while the volume and speed of the delivery were good, i ordered light beers and some were darker than i thought they would be - and there were some with very 'interesting' tastes, some definatly not to my linking

I ordered 8 beers, only 6 came, without explanation. I contacted beer merchant, so they refunded me. But still, they didn't explain. So 3 stars. Would have been 4 if they explained. Would have been 5, if they gave me a voucher for next time I order (and I would have!).

Selection of beer was good enough, quite low but of course that is expected during the current climate and consistent with other suppliers. Delivery was prompt. Issue was with the website. I dont know if it is a compatibility issue with using phones but it was extremely slow and hard to navigate. If I remember rightly you sometimes couldn't see if something had sold out until clicking through and this took a while due to the speed issues. However glad I persevered as I enjoyed my beers.

Middle of the road, shame they use Parcelforce as their courier as they’re not the best, they paid for 24 hour shipping (as I spent over £50), went out on Thursday before good Friday, spent 4 days in a delivery depot before being delivered, so can only imagine they overpay on postage regularly. 1 bottle missing from the order no replacement or explanation either. But in these strange times it is what it is. May use again in the future.

Order arrived with a missing bottle and broken glass. When contacted they did respond promptly and sent out a new glass and a refund for the bottle.
