They looked after me . But the Beer really fell short. Cloudy and even after a 2nd order was sent . Still the same.

Hi, just a couple of things. One: On every order I make there is something missing. Two: You've changed the website navigation slightly. I browse by Country (i.e. Belgium) scrolling down through your range selecting as I go down the alphabetic list. The problem starts after you've clicked on a selection, chosen the quantity and tried to return to the alphabetic list - it now returns you to the very top of the list rather than where you were! This becomes a bigger issue the further you get down the alphabet, as the list takes a while to refresh. So by the time you're near the end of the alphabet you're properly fed-up waiting for the list to refresh. Please try it and see what I mean. It used to return you to where you were on the list. Order received quickly and in sufficient packaging. Items had been replaced as were out of stock however was not told this was the case until contacting. Also had an item missing but was sent out the next day once contacted.

Logistically a great experience ordering from Beer Merchants, but the 12 bottles I ordered were very dirty and covered in blackish dust. Had to clean them myself.

Quick delivery and a great British craft beer selection. The box however was poorly protected and one can was broken by a bottle and had leaked.

good service but a frustrating website There needs to be one main shopping page with all beers listed You have to click on almost every ok to see what is is available In the end I get frustrated and just close the page

Very nice selection in the store. However, I had some trouble with my order, as the payment process broke down twice with only the third attempt successfully went through. In the end, my credit card was charged three times, but upon sending a message to customer support, the refund was immediately initiated. Unfortunately, one of the bottles in the parcel broke, due to too big box size with no filler materials present. The bottles simply slipped out of their compartments. Lucky enough, only one of them broke.

It took a week from store to door (in Sweden) so that's quite ok! Unfortunately one of the bottles had leaked so I had to drink it right away.

The web site did nt gave enough information about the cheap case,out of the two i ordered,having tried them i now no why. The Oktoberfest case,great has expected.

The selection of beers was pretty good and the packaging should have been decent enough but there was the tiniest amount of parcel tape on the box, as a result it had come open in transit. The Postal Force delivery driver was not happy with the packing quality and expressed this to me the customer.

Pretty good selection of beers at a fair price. Packaging wasn't very sensible though... two big boxes both half full.

Hi and thanks for the reply. We try to always pack our boxes so the beers won't get damaged as a result when you order just over the amount our boxes can have in your case 25 items and our boxes carry 12 or 24 items we split the order and share the weight over 2 boxes instead of 24 in one then 1 in an other box as we don't have 1 item or 6 item boxes. This is due to trying to keep p&p costs as low as we can. Glad you enjoyed the beers and thanks again for the review.

Decent service but ridiculous packaging - 2 pint glasses sent in a box that would hold 12 bottles of wine.

Whilst delivery was quick - unfortunately when my order arrived one of the items was smashed due to inadequate packaging. I have been given a partial refund and a new item is apparently on its way to me. The customer service team handled that very quickly and efficiently but because of the initial problem I am only able to give an average rating.

Unfortunately beers was delivered to house instead of post office as requested, and branding on box ruined Xmas surprise.

The delivery arrived in good time but was missing a bottle. It was delivered the next day. One bottle in a case, what a waste of packaging, it would also have been a nice touch to include an extra bottle to at least recognize the inconvenience to me in having to make sure I was at home to take receipt

Web site very poor, said beer was in stock when it wasn't. Poor communications because email address had been incorrectly forwarded to despatch department. However after I phoned them to try to sort things out they were very helpful in the office and also very fair in recognising problems.

Hello, The beers you received have 2 types of date on them, The Bottled on and the sell by. As they are American beers and they put the bottled on and not always the sell by date. Please get in touch with us at info@beermerchants.com and we can assure you further that the beers are fresh and in date with 1 year on them as sell bys.

Beer arrived smashed at delivery addresses so was not accepted and returned to sender. Not received replacement shipment yet.

I was a bit disappointed with the product as there was glue blobs and residue on the glass holders which has put me off purchasing any more.
