Whilst delivery was quick - unfortunately when my order arrived one of the items was smashed due to inadequate packaging.
I have been given a partial refund and a new item is apparently on its way to me.
The customer service team handled that very quickly and efficiently but because of the initial problem I am only able to give an average rating.
