“The order arrived quickly and was as described. It was also really well packaged. My only complaint is that it was left on my doorstep in the open (I live on a busy road) and I was incredibly lucky that it was still there when I got home.”

“While there's been a definite dropoff in quality since my first purchase (which was stacked with high percentage IPA) I have to say this one (my fifth? Sixth? Seventh?) is not the worst. Admittedly there's an awful lot of radler.”

“Found the niche beer I was looking for at a fair price. Delivered quickly and well packaged to protect it. Only not 5 stars as I was hoping for the bigger bottles i'd had in my local belgian bar, but thank you for stocking them at all.”

“Ordered quite a big box of beers. Delivery was faster than I expected, so much so that I was out on the day DPD delivered it (Saturday at 7.30am, was expecting Monday) so the driver left it on my doorstep and I had to rush back to ensure it had not been stolen (it is illegal to leave alcohol without being signed for). This is not Beer Merchants fault clearly but they should consider using a different delivery supplier. Also one beer was not in stock (although the website said it was) but they gave me a full refund. The beers I’ve had so far as lovely. All in all a good transaction.”

“My recent order was mostly made up of beers labelled as ‘dark and quadruple’ on your website and included two bottles of De Ranke Pere Noel (330 ml, 7%). I was rather surprised to discover that this is a blonde beer, despite your website description and I am concerned that the e-mail I sent on 25 January to point out this error has still not had a reply. Delivery was very quick and the prices were a bargain with the extra discount offered. But I can only give 4 stars in the light of the error over the De Ranke Pere Noel bottles’ labelling and the lack of your reply to my e-mail.”

“I tend to get the mixed mystery crates. I've had 3 and been really happy with 2. The last one had 8 low or no alcohol beers in though, which was really dissapointing. I know they say you can get some but I only got 1 or 2 in the 2 previous, 8 seemed quite a lot. Overall though, very happy”
