“Easy to order the beers online, arrived 7 days after placing the order. Only disappointment was quite a number of beers were out of stock but don’t let that stop you from trying some excellent tasting beer!”

“Good beer, good service. Not sure I can justify the price when I can just go to a supermarket (after lockdown at least) and do roughly the same thing for much cheaper. (Although, worth mentioning that beer merchants was the cheapest of the services I found)”

“I generally consider them the best in the biz, only negative this time was the website was really struggling (I tried on multiple occasions). Stocks kinda low, but that is the same everywhere at the moment, still managed to get more or less what I wanted.”

“This was a present delivered to my brother who lives 160 miles from me. Have not had the opportunity to share a beer with him, sadly. Delivery took longer than I would normally expect but that's how it is during lockdown.”

“Due to the lockdown in the UK we haven't been able to get out to our usual beer shops, so I placed an online order with Beer Merchants instead, as I wanted to get some special beers for my son's upcoming birthday. Good prices and a fair selection of Belgian ales, delivery was prompt considering the conditions. The only downside was that one item from the order was unavailable, although I had been able to place it in the basket, and I wasn't informed until after despatch. Had I known this in advance I would have purchased an alternative item. That aside I would still be happy to recommend Beer Merchants, and would certainly use them again.”

“My first order from Beer Merchants and it was a gift for my brother-in-laws birthday. Ordering was easy and the delivery was in good time, considering the demand at the moment. I did for an unknown reason at the time receive a partial refund, however the was nothing in the refund notification or email to say what it was for. I subsequently found out that one of the items had not been sent, when my brother-in-law emailed me to say that I should probably contact you as there was an item missing. Can I suggest that you give an explanation of what refunds are for when you send them. He did enjoy that beer that he did receive.”
