“Nice beer, delivery smooth as can be at the moment...a bit of a lack of choice but only due to the current demand so would absolutely use them again.”

“Due to the lockdown in the UK we haven't been able to get out to our usual beer shops, so I placed an online order with Beer Merchants instead, as I wanted to get some special beers for my son's upcoming birthday. Good prices and a fair selection of Belgian ales, delivery was prompt considering the conditions. The only downside was that one item from the order was unavailable, although I had been able to place it in the basket, and I wasn't informed until after despatch. Had I known this in advance I would have purchased an alternative item. That aside I would still be happy to recommend Beer Merchants, and would certainly use them again.”

“My first order from Beer Merchants and it was a gift for my brother-in-laws birthday. Ordering was easy and the delivery was in good time, considering the demand at the moment. I did for an unknown reason at the time receive a partial refund, however the was nothing in the refund notification or email to say what it was for. I subsequently found out that one of the items had not been sent, when my brother-in-law emailed me to say that I should probably contact you as there was an item missing. Can I suggest that you give an explanation of what refunds are for when you send them. He did enjoy that beer that he did receive.”

“Very pleased with my order. Given the difficult times we’re in, the order was quite easy to please and arrived in good time. Lots of beer I wanted was sold out, but again, these are unique times so it was understandable.”

“Great beers. I love my German Wheat beers and they soon were delivered with all this going on! Only problem had was a smashed glass that wasnt wrapped in anything! Maybe some bubble wrap next time might help! Got my money back. Great customer service. Will deffo use again soon 🍻”

“Range of beers were great, husband really happy with gift. The order arrived without the free glass as written on the invoice. Delivery was later than expected but this would have bee mnbdue to restrictions at prrsent.”
