“Very pleased with my order. Given the difficult times we’re in, the order was quite easy to please and arrived in good time. Lots of beer I wanted was sold out, but again, these are unique times so it was understandable.”

“Great beers. I love my German Wheat beers and they soon were delivered with all this going on! Only problem had was a smashed glass that wasnt wrapped in anything! Maybe some bubble wrap next time might help! Got my money back. Great customer service. Will deffo use again soon 🍻”

“Range of beers were great, husband really happy with gift. The order arrived without the free glass as written on the invoice. Delivery was later than expected but this would have bee mnbdue to restrictions at prrsent.”

“What would be good was if there was a way of tracking through my account what I bought and a way or rating beers that I had purchased so that I knew for next time what I had tried and liked, or didnt like.”

“Purchased three mixed cases of beer recently, delivery was surprisingly fast considering what is going on at present and the beer arrived unscathed. I've enjoyed the majority of the beers that I have sampled thus far, though the "Zot" alcohol free beer that was included in one case was truly revolting, the other "Zot" beers on the other hand have been excellent. In conclusion I would purchase from "Beer Merchants" again, though would be more diligent when perusing the contents of mixed cases.”

“Fairly quick service, but missed the opportunity to get some beers that had been ordered. Had to check to get a refund. Small order still sent in an enormous box that could have been more than half the size.”
