My first order from Beer Merchants and it was a gift for my brother-in-laws birthday. Ordering was easy and the delivery was in good time, considering the demand at the moment. I did for an unknown reason at the time receive a partial refund, however the was nothing in the refund notification or email to say what it was for. I subsequently found out that one of the items had not been sent, when my brother-in-law emailed me to say that I should probably contact you as there was an item missing. Can I suggest that you give an explanation of what refunds are for when you send them. He did enjoy that beer that he did receive.
