“My only real complaint is that a number of the beers I ordered turned out, in fact, to be out of stock. I wasn't aware of this until my delivery arrived. This could have been communicated better (well, at all), or the option to substitute those beers could have been made available. On the plus side, the cost of these beers was refunded immediately and without me having to chase, so credit for that.”

“Excellent selection of beers and the 20% off really helped improve my coronavirus stocks, very slow website but probably due to such high numbers of people using it at one (although not sure why my basket kept deleting)”

“Got my order slightly wrong and gave me a stout instead of a pale ale. But overall, good prices and it came quickly.”

“Packaging could be "optimised" to use less materials? Appreciate you need to protect the beers, but there's a lot of dead space in the boxes.”

“Beers are excellent. Biggest issue is the web-page. It is unusable because it is so slow. I wanted to reorder and i haven't managed to do it.”

“Very happy with the beer, disappointed that three out of six glasses had cracks in them presumably from knocks in transit”

“Good range of beers and not bad prices -would like to see more offers on mixed cases or the ability to get a discount if you buy a certain number of single cans/bottles. Recommend Solvay Society beers if you like something crafty with a Belgian twist.”

“The selection of beers is fantastic. I got them within 3 days which was great The only problem I had was that 2 bottles were broken and 1 wasn't sent as it wasn't in stock! I had to contact them to find this out and get a refund. Would and have ordered again. Let's see how these ones turn out!!”

“Delivered promptly and well. Maybe need to look At packaging options for smaller orders. I ordered 3 beers (what they had left in stock at the time) and they delivered it in a box for 12 beers. All cardboard and recyclable but seems a waste, when a smaller 4/6 pack option would be ideal for orders like mine. Will be using again however!”

“Despite I presume a huge increase in demand for beer deliveries there was no real delay to thre delivery. Great selction of beer which almost makes up for not being able to attend BM Tap”
