My only real complaint is that a number of the beers I ordered turned out, in fact, to be out of stock. I wasn't aware of this until my delivery arrived. This could have been communicated better (well, at all), or the option to substitute those beers could have been made available. On the plus side, the cost of these beers was refunded immediately and without me having to chase, so credit for that.
