“Fairly quick service, but missed the opportunity to get some beers that had been ordered. Had to check to get a refund. Small order still sent in an enormous box that could have been more than half the size.”

“With great 20% discount website v. busy & therefore v. slow. Only real quibble is that I could only search on beer style, country or brewery. I'd have preferred to scroll through all available beers. [I didn't notice an 'in stock' option so you don't waste time looking at beers that are unavailable.”

“Love the beer! But the website is very poor I understand the current high demand but I’ve ordered at other times and still disappointing, and delivery is to slow and often beer is left at warehouses over the weekend, other than that I’m happy.”

“Good choice of beers on offer, I went for the German Beers. Definitely a good choice. Each beer tasted great, the smoked beer being both amazing and strange at once! Glass was also great and each beer was enjoyed in it. Good delivery time and friendly service. Will be ordering again very soon.”

“My only real complaint is that a number of the beers I ordered turned out, in fact, to be out of stock. I wasn't aware of this until my delivery arrived. This could have been communicated better (well, at all), or the option to substitute those beers could have been made available. On the plus side, the cost of these beers was refunded immediately and without me having to chase, so credit for that.”

“Excellent selection of beers and the 20% off really helped improve my coronavirus stocks, very slow website but probably due to such high numbers of people using it at one (although not sure why my basket kept deleting)”
