“They have a great collection and their taproom is maybe the best in London in my opinion. I recently bought 3 bottles to be delivered, but I was refunded for 1 of them before receiving the other two. It was a shame to only receive two - I'm guessing their website incorrectly thought there was 1 bottle left when in fact they had sold out. I would probably have got another bottle if I'd known - I want to get enough beers to make it worth paying for delivery, so I would have preferred them contacting me, and asking if I'd like to pick something else to add to my order.”

“All good in terms of product and delivery however there was a communications issue with the delivery company. The parcel tracking link for Parcelforce produced a page that remained blank (save for Parcelforce logo) all the way through the process and still even after delivery. This caused me to think that the consignment had not yet been collected and would’ve late when in fact all was ok. When I accessed Parcelforce website without link and typed in the consignment number the delivery details appeared ok. So I am reporting a glitch with the link. (I use iPhone XR and Safari). All in all not a biggie though; I will use Beer Merchants again.”

“Good selection of beers, dispatched fast. The website could do with a bit of clear up to remove/hide archived beers/breweries and the box could have done with an extra stick of tape (it had come open slightly - probably by having something put on top) but tiny things for an otherwise solid provider.”

“My purchase of a Bruges Zot glass and beers was bought as a gift. It arrived on time and was adequately packaged. I would definately recommend Beer Merchants for craft beers in the future.”

“The order was shipped quickly, but I had problems with their delivery company (Parcelforce). I tried to contact Beer Merchants by phone, got put through to an answering machine. Also emailed them, but never heard back. Delivery turned up a day or two later, but Beer Merchant's customer service around the delivery problems could have been better.”

“Please don’t use parcelforce as courier Twice they tried to deliver twice I wasn’t home Still have not got glass Trying to speak to Parcelforce is a nightmare Chat understand why they wouldn’t leave with neighbour as I requested or in a safe place I have loads of packages delivered of a much higher value and never have this problem”

“Good efficient service. Bit disappointed in package as was for a present and the beers plus glass arrived in a massive box that looked half empty, as if we’d drunk some if contents! I had to cut down the box to match size of cans & glass”

“Completely satisfied with my beer purchases and the promptness of my order being delivered, but I was highly disappointed with the quality and suitability of the packaging. I only ordered 8 beers yet they arrived in a box made for 24?! The beers were not compactly or neatly packaged, with some falling out of their compartments, but more importantly than this, it's simply a huge waste of cardboard. Surely you have smaller boxes than this? I can send a photo of necessary.”

“Communication could have been quicker as I ended up emailing about the same issue twice (they had a porter section but all the beer was out of stock). But the beer selection is very good and they look like they'll be excellent beers. We look forward to trying them in my husband's advent calendar!”
