“Website easy to navigate and beers were prompt to arrive. Packaging for transit could use some upgrading a few cans dented on the journey due to loose cans jumping in the box.”

“Website was frustrating to use especially if you selected a beer you go back and it would send to the start rather than the page you were on. Also lost order when payment took ages to load up so had to restart. Just waiting for delivery now in Spain so let's see how this goes.”

“This was a gift, and as I am not a beer drinker I can’t comment on the beer! However, husband was very happy with box and it was well packed and delivered on time.”

“First time I've ordered with you and over all I was happy, the bottles of beer were well packaged but I would have preferred the drinking glass to have been a little better protected. It hadn't smashed during delivery but as it was not wrapped in bubble wrap etc it was a little tricky to transport ........I had 11 items to unbox, wrap and place in bags to get it home. Other than this i would definatly reccomend.”

“Shame that one of my ‘fuss’ beers wasn’t delivered. Spoke with CS and all was sorted with the can being replaced for some thing different as the one I choose first had sold out... I’m sure this isn’t a usual occurrence but still left a bitter taste...”

“the company as a whole was very good ;the problem i had and always have is with parcel force they refuse to carry out an instruction and leave the package were they were asked to leave it meaning i didn't get the chosen beer for the weekend and wouldn't have received them had my partner not been at home on monday;great product discription but whether i use them again will depend on other offers from similar companies”

“In general my experience with beer merchants has been very good. I value their large selection of available beer and I really enjoy their tap room. I would prefer that they improve their ordering form to allow for better consolidation into a box. I made an order recently of mixed cans and bottles and it came to me in three different parcelforce deliveries. I would have prefered that it came in one delivery that I could plan for. One of the beers was backordered or forgotten and it came in it's own box large box only one day later. I would of preferred waiting the one day or even receiving a credit for the beer over a new box.”

“Great range of beer, the delivery charge I thought was reasonable. My ale arrived within 48hrs of ordering it which was prompt. A tad disappointed that the courier dropped it with a neighbour that I would not trust with a bag of sand let alone seriously good beer but hey ho that's a courier thing. I would use them again.”
