“The process was simple and we receive the product on the time promised. The product whilst fun, was quite thin glass and will not be enduring without extreme care.”

“Lovely website and fantastic range of beers! I sent some as a 'thank you' gift and the recipient loved them! Thank you! My only feedback would be to consider offering a 'gift card' option at the checkout. And also I was concerned that the recipient may have had a copy the receipt in the box (but I'm not 100% sure on that).”

“Beermerchants have a decent range, with new additions weekly. The pricing is fair, the only negatives, are the delivery time frame, the communication RE order progress and the occasional picking error.”

“The beer was all they said it would be. Arrived in good time. However the delivery charge of 9 pounds on a 32 pound order was excessive. Will make me think again before ordering.”

“Only place I could find that had my favourite stout in stock! Would have preferred an option to buy a case, rather than only individual cans though. Quick delivery too.”

“The ordering process went smoothly and the beer (a gift) was delivered within the timeframe specified. I understand it was well received! The only downside was that contrary to what I was told by email, I received no tracking info from Parcelforce and was about to chase this up when my son told me the beer had already been delivered.”

“Great selection. One suggestion would be to update the process after ordering to ensure the recipient is made aware when the beers have left the warehouse so that we know roughly when to expect the delivery.”

“easy to use website and good choice of breweries however when looking online for beers rather than in a shop I'm looking for something different and unusual and although beer choice was good here it was fairly standard IPAs (though a good fruit beer selection). also did take a while to get delivered , I ordered Thursday and got delivery Wednesday afternoon but I also used another beer website that week, ordered Monday evening and received Wednesday morning.”
