“Surprisingly quick delivery. One of my beers was missing from my order however after calling they sent a new one out which also arrived rapidly.”

“They supplied nearly all my favourite Belgian beers at a fair price. Would have been Very Good but they sent me someone else's order by mistake. Still, these things happen, and they did replace within 6 days.”

“The service from Beer Merchants was excellent. When a couple of cans I'd ordered were damaged during packing, they called up and offered a refund/replacement as there were no others left in stock. They were also fast an efficient. The reason it's 4 rather than 5 is because the selection of beers was a little limited. When you sorted by country, some countries had no beers available. Also, they use Parcel Force for delivering their packages, and they really let the service down.”

“There is always a very good diversity of stock, and delivery is very good and fast. BUT... i recently brought on of your gift packs as part of my order, and was very unhappy when the items arrived mixed in with the rest of my order; i had excepted that a 'gift pack' would have been in gift packaging for example a box of its own. So now that i want to give the gift pack to a friend as a Christmas present I need to find a way to package the items myself.”

“Excellent beers that I can't find elsewhere. Very prompt delivery, packaged securely. The item I ordered should have included cardboard carriers for the beers but they weren't inside the parcel. I telephoned and was assured it wouldn't happen again and they would be sent out straight away. I didn't receive them so had to phone again but the member of staff was most apologetic and sent them via a 'signed for' service and I received them the next day. I would definitely recommend Beer Merchants and will certainly order again. The only reason I didn't give a 'very good' rating was purely because of the cardboard carriers issue but I am sure that this was probably a one-off.”
