The service from Beer Merchants was excellent. When a couple of cans I'd ordered were damaged during packing, they called up and offered a refund/replacement as there were no others left in stock. They were also fast an efficient. The reason it's 4 rather than 5 is because the selection of beers was a little limited. When you sorted by country, some countries had no beers available. Also, they use Parcel Force for delivering their packages, and they really let the service down.
