“Great selection. One suggestion would be to update the process after ordering to ensure the recipient is made aware when the beers have left the warehouse so that we know roughly when to expect the delivery.”

“easy to use website and good choice of breweries however when looking online for beers rather than in a shop I'm looking for something different and unusual and although beer choice was good here it was fairly standard IPAs (though a good fruit beer selection). also did take a while to get delivered , I ordered Thursday and got delivery Wednesday afternoon but I also used another beer website that week, ordered Monday evening and received Wednesday morning.”

“Fast, accurate delivery. But my order was delivered in two batches, over two days. I was not told that this would be the case. It made write to costumer service and mske arrangements to be home to receive delivery, in two separate occasions. Inconvenient.”

“The service was incredibly quick. Loses a star for having the wrong abv listed for a beer I bought. Was listed as table and 6.5% but was 3%. Perhaps I should've queried (given it was a table beer) before purchasing, but I was in a hurry to place order. I emailed about this issue and go no response after the event.”

“Can't complain about the choice available on the website, ease of purchasing etc... The beers were well packaged and are excellent. Parcelforce were a let down, failing to leave a missed delivery form on 4 separate occasions, and neither Parcelforce or Beer Merchants responded to emails asking for assistance on delivery, so it took nearly a week longer than needed to finally receive my order. Otherwise, very good.”

“Lovely beers at reasonable prices, only improvements that could be made are better and wider varieties available and a better stock control system, I've made a number of orders in the past and only one has ever arrived containing everything on the order. Never any problems getting refunds for the missing items, just disappointing when popular beers don't arrive that were the whole reason behind the order in the first place!”
