“These guys have the best selection of beer bar none. They must have some colossal warehouse set up. They are the Amazon of beer. Very quick delivery, shame it has to be over £50 for free. Really should have a lower minimum say £20. Beers are quite pricey, but offers make them a bit better. Still what you’re paying for here is quality and range. Nice free glass with some orders - you popped a really nice untapped glass in a spare hole in my box last time I wasn’t expecting- really appreciate that, it’s a lovely glass, actually better than the tulip I got with the order! Nice touch:) have bought with you guys 3-4 times now. Excellent overall I would say. A way of reducing delivery costs, or possibly offering a beer bank savings scheme like virgin wines do (save a bit each month to draw on with “beer-interest😂). Would be how I would improve. I’m a member of the virgin beer club for this reason but it doesn’t have anywhere near the range you guys have, I’d prefer to ditch them and go to you, but don’t have the ability to choose/modify the subscription box beers. Anyway you can’t have everything and you guys do a great job overall, I hope you find my ideas useful”

“Used Beer Merchants plenty of times. Order was received in super quick time, packaging was good. There was (1) substitute bottle, that's fine, but wish I was made aware of this before they sent the order.”

“Quick delivery & good value. Unfortunately part of my order was incorrect & remains incorrect as sent me the wrong can so I'm awaiting a response to that. Overall though a good service”

“Very well packaged and a good variety of Belgian beers - the best I can find online anyway. Had packaging issues in the quite distant past whereby bottles arrives broken or parcels went missing with the courier but this seems to be resolved and beers arranged in good time and in good condition. Good selection of glasses to accompany the corresponding beers too. Will continue to use Beermerchants in the future. Would be good if they could do a deal where the price becomes cheaper if you buy more I.e. 6-10, 10-15, 15-20. Personally got a voucher code which made me complete my purchase.”

“Great company with a, frankly, lovely choice of beers. Can't fault it. Super quick, efficient and glass safe delivery too. So, why only 4 stars then? Simple, no glasses. Loads of companies show very nice beer glasses in their photos with appropriate branding. I think it would be the perfect compliment to an order of magnificent beers to send out one of your nice glasses with yhe order gratis. The branding on the glass, if looked after, is free advertising for years to come. Let me know what you think. Cheers, Paul”

“Courier delayed delivering my order by a day. However , the beers were great. The packaging was amazing. Only reason for 4/5 stars is the courier rescheduled my delivery.”

“The price and selection of beers is impressive. Notably, the products shipped are very fresh (unless otherwise stated). The packing is robust and I've had multiple orders shipped without experiencing any issues. My only gripe is very niche - no offerings in a keykeg or sankey format to personal consumers.”

“Good selection. Good service. But I read the site to say next day delivery if ordered before 3pm. I ordered on a Thursday morning but delivery not made until the Monday. No real problem in this case, I am presuming you were busy with 20% offer”

“I've ordered from Beer Merchants a few times and have always been happy with the speed of delivery and with the beer which arrived. The most reduced sale items are often close to, or at, their best-before dates but that's never proved a problem and the quality has always been fine.”

“The majority of order was good. However for the 2nd time in a row I got sent a stronger beer than I had asked for (same brand but stronger). I had emailed pointing out that it was either the wrong beer sent or the website is wrong but I received no response. It’s unfortunate that it’s twice now and a response would have been nice.”

“Excellent Company ! Always have a great selection of beers including many hard to find examples. They have always processed my order promptly. There was a recent issue with DHL couriers. Thankfully, Olivia was incredibly helpful and made sure everything was sorted out quickly. There are a large number of on-line beer merchants these days but I would always recommend Beer Merchants.”

“I ordered 2 12 packs of a great beer I hadn’t been able to get outside of the U.S. at a reasonable price. Half the order came a couple of days later, I phoned about the other half and was told it was a mistake and they would fix it straight away and the other half arrived the next day. They were very friendly and apologetic and I will be using them again”

“Delivery was very fast which was great as it was a last minute fathers day present. The product that arrived wasn't exactly as described. Was supposed to get a mixture of 6 x bottles and cans of Big Wave golden ale and 4 x cans of longboard lager but received 5 x cans of each. Not a massive issue as the volume is the same in both.”
