I ordered 2 12 packs of a great beer I hadn’t been able to get outside of the U.S. at a reasonable price. Half the order came a couple of days later, I phoned about the other half and was told it was a mistake and they would fix it straight away and the other half arrived the next day. They were very friendly and apologetic and I will be using them again
