My recent order was mostly made up of beers labelled as ‘dark and quadruple’ on your website and included two bottles of De Ranke Pere Noel (330 ml, 7%). I was rather surprised to discover that this is a blonde beer, despite your website description and I am concerned that the e-mail I sent on 25 January to point out this error has still not had a reply. Delivery was very quick and the prices were a bargain with the extra discount offered. But I can only give 4 stars in the light of the error over the De Ranke Pere Noel bottles’ labelling and the lack of your reply to my e-mail.
