“Was ok the drink was fine didn’t receive the correct order too many of one bottle and not enough of the other bottle, hardly worth screaming about, all in all was good.”

“There was a small error in my order. I emailed customer services but did not receive a response. Probably wouldn’t order from them again as customer service seems poor.”

“As usual the order arrived acceptably promptly - though not as promptly as previously - and the contents were well packaged. What was less acceptable was the fact that a number of bottles were extremely grubby with some coated with a sticky and unpleasant deposit. Not your finest performance and some way short of your usual standards”

“Great range of beers but the packaging was abysmal. 1st delivery failed as courier refused to leave as it was leaking. The re-delivery had no breakages, but all bottles just dumped in a plastic bag in a box, all labels and foil cap enclosures were scuffed and several bottles were sticky, presumably from the initial leakages.”

“Speed of delivery as always is good. This time of the year is understandably busy but noticed many items out of stock which was a little dissapointing. I did however find some alternatives. I will be aiming to stock up a lot earlier next year, shame , but merry Xmas to you guys who otherwise are always my first go to supplier.”

“If you are buying gifts for Christmas I urge you to thoroughly check your order when it arrives. A couple of weeks ago I had a wrong bottle sent out which was quickly resolved. I then placed another order of 24 bottles and I was shorted 2 bottles! I sent an email on Saturday to someone called Kieron to complain, it’s now Wednesday and I’ve had no reply.”

“Good selection of beer from the UK & rest of the world. Was disappointed that one of my beers that was shown as 5 in stock, was gone (bottle was accidentally smashed) & only informed on receiving of my box. Had to chase my refund. Reasonable service but slightly disappointed”
