Ordered the best beers ever but unfortunately the beers themselves were quite flat and had hardly any bubbles/gas left in them when they arrived.

The selection of beers is good, however the postage facility was hugely frustrating. The package was sent by signed for delivery, and as we are not at home during normal delivery hours we knew we would need to change this. There was no facility to amend the address, and once the package had had an attempted delivery, there was no card left so we didn't know how to get it rearranged. After several frustrating days, we finally had to go and collect the package from a distribution centre. I would recommend you change your courier services as it has now put us off ordering anything more from you in the future.

I really really don't like how Beer Merchants release beer. They build so much hype and are not able to deal with it. That said, if you are lucky enough to get through the prices are reasonable and delivery is swift

Bought a nice lambic package. Didn't get an order confirmation, but e-mail communication with them was good. Their packaging was the worst I've ever seen though. All bottles and the glass were just put together in the box without any protection. The box had quite some damage, so it's a miracle that everything survived. Anyway, happy with the beers and the price I paid, but not sure if I will order again as there's a serious risk of damaged goods.

Hi Paul, Sorry to hear this order arrived like this, it sound as if there were some damages to the package in transit and the couriers have repacked it. We use reinforced cardboard dividers in our boxes to keep the beers enclosed and separate. I'm happy to hear that everything arrived in one piece, but we will have this looked into by our account manager. Cheers, The Beer Merchants Team

The beer was great but as I only ordered 1 can the price of the packaging seemed expensive (more than the beer itself) then to top it off it was delivered in a box big enough for at least 18 beers which explains the unnecessary price of postage for 1 can and is a complete waste of cardboard. Everything else was great.

The ordering and delivery were fine. No problems. I thought I would be getting it for a good price however. Walking into my local Sainsburys it was £2 a can as opposed to £2.61 from Beer merchants. I won't be ordering again if I can pick up cheaper from my local shop.

I received an incorrect order at first. Although it was collected and resent I had no real compensation and have little incentive to use the service again. I have yet to try the beers.

Good range and quick delivery. Unfortunately my order included shorter sized cans and these weren’t securely packed so got thrown about and one had split in transit.

A lot of duplicates and there were 2 that had a bbe date of January 2018 (I.e. 12 months ago). There were some nice ones in there too which is why I’ve said acceptable

I ordered a case of beer and not all of it turned up. I called customer services who were very helpful and refunded immediately as said beers wouldn’t be back in stock until after the new year. Your website’s stock clearly isn’t updated in real time as orders are placed else this wouldn’t have happened. Get in touch if you’d like to discuss upgrading your WMS/ECOM platform!

Whilst the pricing was excellent the box-choice was poor. A big over-sized box for four bottles of Stille Nacht which promptly fell on their sides and was not at all secure. This is really poor performance. I have a distribution and a shipping background and would never send a package like this out.

I ordered a mixed case plus two other bottles. One of the other bottles was boxed and because of the way it was packaged with the case the box was damaged (disappointing as this is a Christmas gift). I contacted the company via the form on the website but have not heard anything.

The cards arrived in good time but considering the amount paid for postage and packaging the packaging was just a plastic bag and consequently the box was damaged. Bit disappointing as they were a gift and they looked like they had been battered around.

I bought some loose beers and a ‘Craft Beer Lover Christmas Case’. Calling it a case is misleading as all beers arrived in the same box meaning I need to source a smaller box for the ‘case of beers’ as this will be a Christmas gift. A bit disappointing really

Was ok the drink was fine didn’t receive the correct order too many of one bottle and not enough of the other bottle, hardly worth screaming about, all in all was good.

There was a small error in my order. I emailed customer services but did not receive a response. Probably wouldn’t order from them again as customer service seems poor.

They really need to sort out their shop browsing experience - it's very hard to find the beers you want, and difficult to search too.
