I ordered a case of beer and not all of it turned up. I called customer services who were very helpful and refunded immediately as said beers wouldn’t be back in stock until after the new year.
Your website’s stock clearly isn’t updated in real time as orders are placed else this wouldn’t have happened. Get in touch if you’d like to discuss upgrading your WMS/ECOM platform!
