“There were problems with delivery. They left the delivery on the doorstep of another address unsigned and easily accessible to anyone (it was alcohol) even though we were in with no notification of the address they left it at. I called the delivery company and they said they would collect and reeler but they never did. Eventually my neighbour who had been away brought it around. Beer merchants took over a week to respond to my email regarding failed delivery by which time my neighbour had delivered it to me. Shame as the beer itself was great.”

Hi Joseph, we’re really sorry to hear that the wheat beer didn’t taste as expected. We always want you to enjoy our products, so we completely understand. Just to reassure you, we went down to our warehouse to double-check the batch you received, and the bottles are well within date. The label shows 17.06.2026. (We’ve added a photo from our warehouse for transparency). That said, taste can occasionally vary from bottle to bottle, and we never want you to feel disappointed.
