“The problem with my order of 06/1/26 was the delivery company DPD they failed to deliver twice the parcel went on the van which returned to the depot before the promised slot I was eventually offered the 12th January which was inconvenient. The box was finally placed in the lobby of the block on the 14th without using the intercom and notifying me. I had to go down and collect it. Not easy as the outer box was fragile and had no handles to grip. Fortunately the inner protection was much better. I paid for overnight delivery so if I order again I sincerely hope DPD are not the carrier. I am however pleased with my purchase and the variety on offer by Beer Merchants.”

“I’m extremely disappointed as my parcel never even showed up! I received three separate emails to advise they attempted delivery and failed and was at home on all occasions - no one even turned up! And now I’m being told it’s being sent back to you!?? I would like a full refund please as this is ridiculous.”
