DHL were used to deliver and broke 2 bottles and a glass and then didn't inform BM. Customer service when I spoke to Ben was very good replacing the beer and glass and a little extra for the inconvenience. DHL were still tardy with their delivery but it did arrive in one piece. Recommend BM.
