Positives: Range of beers available, email communications (style and frequency)
Negatives:
1. choice of courier. Nothing. It problems with Parcelforce - missing delivery, erroneous instructions for collection, difficulties contacting them. Cost
2. Still having to pay courier costs despite walking around my town, knocking on doors, trying to find my beer! No offer of a refund or compensation.
3. Beers on the site which aren't available.
