For being a company that ships fragile glassware not just around UK but even Europe this most be the worst packaging I've ever seen. Bottles standing on their own with just thin cardboard pieces between then. Box itself was torn apart just form people lifting it. Just a miracle that everything in my box survived. My friend wasn't as lucky sadly and had a bottle break. Limited bottle as well so they couldn't (wouldn't) send a new one, all he get was money back for the bottle and shipping fee. Not likely to use this service again until I get verification that they start using bubble wrap or something more to protect the goods.
