The web site lets you put in special delivery instructions, which they print clearly on the box. However, Parcelforce ignore these unless they are informed of them at the time the delivery is booked. This is a failing of ParcelFarce, not BeerMerchants, but it's worth keeping in mind as I then had to drive to a post office to collect my delivery after they put a card through the door saying they couldn't deliver because I was out.
